The stay here was horrible, The room was filthy. the carpet was extremely filthy with a lot of stains that appeared people had animals in the room and they potty'd everywhere, there's was a wall unit A/C and a portable unit in the bed room that made a lot of noise and had a towel in front to regulate air flow, the toilet ran continuously and I believe the people 2 doors down were smoking and they live there! Not a good place to stay at any price. When you search the website it shows this beautiful place with a restaurant and bar it shows a full breakfast menu but they say they don't have any of that, funny when you go outside early morning it smells like they're cooking. There's another building of rooms attached behind the office that's roped off wonder what those accommodations are? Anyway we won't be back, Best Western across the street is EXCELLENT!

This place was awesome. The front desk people were nice and very attentive. Me and family members were there for the 4th July holiday weekend and it was fantastic! We reserved 2 rooms with double beds for a group of 7. Rooms were big and super clean.

Older hotel. Needs upgrading. Clean and very close to downtown Los Gatos. Great local restaurants. Close to Los Gatos High school for football games or graduation. Not to far from Santa Cruz beaches. Very close to hwy 17.

I stayed longer than I wanted to, till our apartment got ready. Very friendly staff. Professional courtesy. I highly recommend to stay any amount of time.

Here for the Cats Hill races, and needed a last minute place for the night that was pet friendly. The staff was very helpful over the phone and in person when we got there. The grounds are very pretty and there's a nice courtyard. They have bigger fancier rooms, but we booked a basic but very clean king with an extremely comfortable bed with five comfy pillows. There was a small refrigerator and microwave, and two complimentary bottles of water. We had a sliding glass door that opened out to a small patio with a table and 2 chairs that overlook the courtyard. Pretty close to downtown as well, and in a nice safe area with safe parking. There is a restaurant, a bar, and a nice outdoor pool. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Grounds are just beautiful! This place is very dog friendly and low key! The staff is very accommodating. We like Los Gatos Lodge because they are very flexible, close to Main Street and we can bring our pooch.

Worse than a motel 6 by quality and standard of room but, hey it’s more expensive too. Door handles are broken to the rooms, ancient furniture not the desirable kind. This place needs a tear down and rebuild. For the same price hotel Los Gatos is down the road and 40 years newer.

Crustic. Like questionable to touch surfaces kind. Great grounds and I’m sure there are some nice rooms somewhere but it’s showing it’s age. Reasonable for a reason. Also why is this review asking me to write 200 characters when one word would do?
